The Build track

The 48-Hour System.

Knowledge and playbooks for founders who want to ship. One weekend, one live site — the exact system, agents, and prompts to get there.

Two days, four phases

0 — 6h
Positioning

One-sentence pitch, target buyer, and the single promise the site has to keep. Nothing gets built until this is decided.

6 — 18h
Structure

Sitemap, section-by-section wireframes, and copy skeletons. Written before a single component is styled.

18 — 36h
Build

Component library, AI agents, and prompt sets wired into a working stack. Monochrome design system by default; taste is enforced, not optional.

36 — 48h
Ship

Analytics, forms, launch copy, and a public URL. The deliverable is a live site, not a Figma file.
